1.2 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

1.3 Modification of Terms: Softech Technology reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

2. Service Terms

2.1 Service Requests: All service requests must be placed through our official website, by calling our customer support at +91-9643338931, or by visiting our service center.

2.2 Service Process: Upon receiving your service request, we will arrange for the pickup of your device, diagnose the issue, perform necessary repairs, and return the device to you. The entire process will be communicated to you via SMS or email.

2.3 Payment: All payments for services must be made in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated to you at the time of service request.

2.4 Service Warranty: Softech Technology offers a service warranty of up to 90 days from the date of repair. This warranty covers only the parts repaired and/or replaced and does not cover any new damages or issues arising after the repair.

2.5 Additional Services: Any additional services or repairs requested by the customer that were not included in the original service request will be charged separately. The customer will be informed of any additional charges before the extra work is carried out.

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing a service request. Any discrepancies or issues arising from incorrect information provided by you will be your responsibility.

3.2 Device Backup: It is your responsibility to back up all data on your device before submitting it for service. Softech Technology is not responsible for any data loss during the service process.

3.3 Access to Premises: If the service involves on-site repair or installation, you must provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to your premises. Any delay or inability to access the premises may result in additional charges.

3.4 Communication: You agree to respond promptly to any communication from Softech Technology regarding your service request. Failure to do so may result in delays or cancellation of the service.

4. Limitation of Liability

Softech Technology will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in connection with any service provided shall not exceed the amount paid for such service.

4.1 Device Safety: Softech Technology guarantees the safety of your electronic devices while in our possession. We provide security insurance and assume full responsibility for any theft or loss. However, we are not liable for any issues discovered during the repair process, such as additional damages resulting from pre-existing conditions.

4.2 External Factors: Softech Technology is not responsible for any delays or failures in service due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of war, or interruptions in communication networks.

4.3 Limited Warranty: Our service warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized repair attempts, or accidental damage after the service has been completed. The warranty is void if the device has been tampered with or repaired by another party.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation: You may cancel your service request at any time before the service is performed. Please note that a cancellation fee may apply if the device has already been picked up or if service work has commenced.

5.2 Refunds: Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact our customer support at support@softech.live to discuss your concerns.

5.3 Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as diagnostic fees or services that have been fully completed, may not be eligible for a refund. Please review our refund policy for detailed information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, logos, and software, on the Softech Technology website and other materials are the intellectual property of Softech Technology and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the service process will be used solely for the purpose of providing the requested service and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law. 8. Governing Law
